What is Recovery 360?
Recovery 360 is a digital therapeutic delivered through the CyberLiver dashboard (clinician side) and the Recovery 360 patient app. Clinicians issue a prescription code, patients activate the app, optional companions are added for support, and therapists run a daily review of incoming data over the 90-day programme.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between the prescription code and the activation PIN?
Both are generated together when you issue a prescription. The patient needs both to activate the Recovery 360 app — the code identifies the prescription and the PIN verifies it. You can download or print both, and they're emailed to the client automatically.
The client didn't receive their email — what do I do?
The code and PIN are emailed automatically once you confirm the prescription. If it hasn't arrived, check the email address entered on the client details form for typos, and ask them to check spam. You can also hand over the downloaded/printed sheet directly. Confirm resend process on the dashboard.
How do I generate a code for the next client?
After downloading the codes, close the tabs to return to the Prescriptions page, then click the blue button again to start a fresh prescription.
What is the "monitoring site"?
It's assigned by default on the client details form. Only change it from the dropdown if the client should be linked to a different site.
Can a patient use the app without a companion?
Yes — a companion is an optional support contact. Confirm whether your programme requires one.
What counts as a completed daily review?
For an at-risk client: review the Usage & Behaviour Insights and risk explainability, send a motivational message where appropriate, add clinical notes, log any call time, and click "Mark as reviewed" to close the flag.
How do I review everyone quickly?
Click the grey button to start the guided flow, which steps through every client one by one. Use the next icon to move on, and exit when finished.
How do I remove a client who's no longer active?
Click the three dots next to the client, choose "Archive", and confirm to remove them from the dashboard.
How are companions added — by the patient or by us?
PLACEHOLDER — confirm whether the companion is added in-app by the patient or from the dashboard by the clinician.
Who do I contact for help?
Email support@cyberliver.com, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm. Confirm support details.
